I will provide you with multiple design concepts, unlimited revisions, and a commitment to excellence throughout the entire design process. If you are unhappy with the design concepts presented I will do my very best to re-work the designs until you are 100% satisfied.

If, however, you wish to stop the process, simply let me know, and I will provide you a refund based on how far along in the project we are:

• project stopped before any revisions to concepts = full refund less $100 service fee
• project stopped after revisions but before final approval = partial refund
• project stopped after the final design has been approved = no refund
